Crystal Cook RN, BSN is a Registered Nurse offering full-service Medical Spa treatments with advanced Skincare treatments and skincare products.
Over 23 years of skincare experience and over 5 years as an aesthetics nurse injector. My goals are to provide you with a natural vibrant version of yourself, using science and technology to help you.
What are Advanced Peels?
Chemical peels are professional exfoliating treatments that use active ingredients like glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and TCA to remove dead skin cells, stimulate skin renewal, and improve texture and tone. These treatments help brighten the complexion, smooth imperfections, and promote long-term skin health.
Peels can be superficial or medium-depth depending on your skin needs and may be combined with other treatments like BioReNeedle microneedling for enhanced results.

BioRePeel FND – A no-peel, no-downtime biostimulating treatment ideal for acne, pigmentation, and anti-ageing

BioRePeel C13 Body Peels – Target skin tone, texture, and scarring on hands, elbows, knees, feet, glutes
BioReNeedle – Microneedling combined with active solutions to maximise absorption and results
Each peel is tailored to your skin goals and concerns, with visible improvement in just one session and enhanced results with a full course.
Process
Consultation & Patch Test – All clients must undergo a patch test 24 hours prior to their first peel. This is booked through Glowdays as a consultation.
Skin Preparation – The treatment area is cleansed and prepped for even product absorption.
Peel Application – A targeted chemical solution is applied to the skin for a set time, depending on the type and depth of peel.
Neutralisation & Aftercare – The peel is either removed or left to self-neutralise. Soothing serums and SPF are applied after treatment.
Post-Treatment Advice – You’ll receive personalised aftercare instructions and skincare guidance to support healing and maximise results.

What to Expect
Chemical peels are well-tolerated with little to no downtime, depending on the strength of the peel. You may experience light tingling, redness, or mild flaking in the days following treatment. Results include visibly smoother, clearer, and brighter skin after just one session, with optimal improvement over a course of treatments.

Dermal fillers, on the other hand, can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. The longevity of results depends on the type of filler used, the treatment area, and individual lifestyle factors. During your consultation, we’ll discuss the expected duration of results for your specific treatment plan.
